• St. Peter’s Basilica and the square may be closed on Wednesday mornings due to the papal audience. In this case, the tour will follow a different route.
• Due to any changes made by the Vatican, the tour itinerary may be subject to alterations or changes.
• Shoulders and knees must be covered. If these rules are not followed, entry will be denied.
• All visitors must go through airport-style security checks. During peak season, security checks may take up to 30 minutes.
• Opening hours are subject to change due to special events at the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica.
• Bags and suitcases larger than 40x35x15 cm, tripods, large umbrellas, and potentially dangerous objects must be left in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is located 20 minutes’ walk from the end of the tour.
• No refund is available for late arrivals.
