• Security Checks: All visitors must pass through airport-style security. During peak season, the wait at security can be up to 30 minutes.
• Opening Hours: Subject to changes due to special events at the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica.
• Restricted Items: Bags and luggage larger than 40x35x15 cm, tripods, large umbrellas, and potentially dangerous items must be left in the cloakroom, which is a 20-minute walk from the tour’s endpoint.
