Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing each painting to life with stories about Caravaggio’s dramatic life, artistic genius, and the historical context of each work.

It was such a unique experience to see his original paintings in situ — not in a museum, but in the very places they were created for. I came away with a much deeper appreciation for his work and the world he lived in. A must-do for any art or history lover visiting Rome!
